Professional workspaces and offices: our story
Founded 15 years ago by the KR Group, Park Artisans is primarily a family-driven venture.
With rising prices in major cities and the challenges SMEs face in finding suitable professional workspaces, we created a simple concept: offer offices, storage units, and commercial buildings at competitive rates while ensuring quality and security.
Key milestones in our development
2005
Launch of the Park Artisans concept with the rehabilitation of the first industrial site in Charente-Maritime.
2006-2015
Expansion in the Western region, followed by Île-de-France and the Centre.
2016
Launch of the Village Artisan concept and the first site in Île-de-France.
Since 2017
Nationwide expansion, with sites in Rhône-Alpes, Brittany, and Centre Loire, including the iconic conversion of the Majorette factory.
